Tiered Management
Management Tiers give us visual representation of what we can effectively manage in an area.
Tier 1 = within 1/2 hour of our office
Tier 2 = within 1 hour of our office (remote managers become helpful)
tier 3 = within 1.5 hours of our office (max we can effectively manage without a remote manager)
