    2. Once the work is paid for, we will get the work scheduled.

    3. We will confirm any details with you and arrange to get keys if needed.

    4. Our team will show up at the expected date/time and perform the work needed.

    5. If additional work is needed, we will coordinate with you on all the details.

    6. One everything is done, we will email you a summary of the work done and any additional things we noticed you may want to know about.

    1. Deliver a Dump Trailer to the Job Site

    2. Unlock the doors and do a walkthrough of the jobsite

    3. Communicate any issues identified

    4. Trash out the Property, largest to smallest items into the trailer

    5. Empty Kitchen Cabinets

    6. Empty Bathroom Cabinets

    7. Empty Refrigerator

    8. Empty Closets in all rooms

    9. Trash out the Basement, largest to smallest items into the trailer

    10. Trash out the garage/shed, largest to smallest items into the trailer

    11. Sweep up small items and all floors, bag up and get into the trailer

    12. Remove any extra items needing disposed.

    13. Clean up junk from exterior of property

    14. Pull and dispose of old carpet if requested (including padding)

Junk Pickup

We have routes within our service areas set to pick up junk at a bargain price! This includes a limited number of items. A mattress, couch, city violation for garbage, etc (If it fills 1/2 off a dump trailer, that is not a junk pickup.)

Extra Item Disposal Fee

There are a variety of extra items that are problematic and cannot go in the dump. (Refrigerators, tires, A/C units) Any of these extras would be added on to the cost of a trash out. (Our Junk Pickup service includes these items in its pricing in case this is a one off disposal need.) If you have multiple extra items, just add the count when checking out. Tires you can count 1 for every 4 tires (unless they are tractor tires or something enormous)

Brush Removal

We will haul away your brush piles or pre-cut trees and dispose of it for you. Everything must be cut into 1 person lift-able pieces. If you need brush cut out, see our Brush Clearing or Tree removal options. Price depends on location. We are based out of Wausau WI. Extra charges may apply with travel requirements.
